Royalty Staffing is Hiring a Software Manager (FT) Near Parsippany, NJ
Led and managed a team of 12 (and growing) software engineers/programmers. Keep projects on track and:
- Provide technical coaching
- Take part in design and code reviews
- Provide leadership in improving the software engineering processes
- Provide performance feedback
- Interview and hire new team members
- Experience in software management or program management in a software development department of a technology-driven company
- Experience working in an Agile Development environment
- Extensive experience with the C-Language, preferably on Linux platforms
- BS or MS degree in a technical discipline is desired
- Able to work onsite in Monmouth County NJ two days per week
